Pre-Pay Discounts

You can earn a discount on your monthly subscription simply by changing to an annual or semi-annual billing cycle. If you change to annual billing (paying 12 months at a time), for an Unlimited account you will receive an 10% discount on your monthly rate. If you change to semi-annual billing, you will receive a 5% discount on your monthly rate. To change your billing cycle, you can either send an e-mail to billing@egl.net stating this desire (include your full name and the billing cycle you wish to switch to), or, you can contact Customer Services at 1.877.531.7498. When sending the payment in, you can take advantage of the discount immediately by writing on your payment what you would like to switch to and sending the annual or semi-annual payment amount ($113.70 for semi-annual or $215.40 for annual) . Please note that if you have multiple services on your account, only the unlimited plan portion of your bill will be eligible for this discount.
