The Holland Board of Public Works has a fiber optic network covering much of the city. EagleNet was the first Internet Service Provider to offer high-speed service to business over this fiber, which can be a very attractive alternative to T1 for businesses located nearby. The BPW fiber network offers any speed connection, from fractional T1 speeds all the way up to multi-megabit service over an OC-3c (155Mbps) ATM backbone.
