  8. Why do I see some pop-up ads even though I've installed Pop-Up Stopper®?
EagleNet has generated an "allow list" with certain non-ad pop-up windows that support particular EagleNet features or important customer service notices. Pop-up windows can be a convenient way to communicate useful information. For this reason, EagleNet has rigorous standards for pop-up windows on pre-populated allow list that will benefit you as a customer. Please try to avoid using the "Clear List" button on your allowed list so these EagleNet-approved pop-up windows remain on your allow list.
