DSL Self-Install Instructions
Note: These documents require you to have the Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed
on your computer. The Acrobat Reader is available on Adobe.com as a free
download.
Important Note: EagleNet does not provide comprehensive telephone support
for self-installs. Before attempting a self-install, please review the instructions
here and make sure you are comfortable with the process. Should you be unable to
complete a self-install by yourself, you may request that a technician be dispatched
to complete it for you. This visit may take up to one week to schedule and will
cost $200 (the regular cost for professional installation). Your DSL billing
begins the day Ameritech turns it on for us, irregardless of if you have your equipment
installed yet.
